Training

We train at 'The Spa at Beckenham' in Beckenham, Kent, 24 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4PF.

Training times :

Casual Bouncing : For children new to trampolining and novices wishing to learn and have fun. Saturdays 9.00 - 10.00 a.m. cost £3.50 (space permitting).

Children's Courses : run during the School Terms for 12 / 14 weeks (depending on the length of the Term) on Saturday mornings at 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. providing training and coaching for 'Trampolining Badges'. Also provides entry into the Beckenham Fliers Club itself.  People interested in casual courses should view the Courses page

Adult training : Friday nights 7.30 - 9.00 p.m. for those wishing to try trampolining out, Parents copying their kids and those returning to the glories of their school days. Cost £4.00 and you can turn up on the night.

Club Training Times :

The Club train Monday night 7.45 - 9.30, Friday nights 6.00 - 9.00 and Saturdays 10.00 - 1.00.  Various session times for individual Club members depending on Grade and ability.
